The agritourism focuses on cooking: the owner and Chef Mario Marini, a passion for this work, a diploma at the Alma school in Colorno, works every day proposing traditional dishes, rediscovering the old recipes of the Valtarese families and the ancient techniques of cooking and preparation of dishes. The kitchen uses products from the farm or small local producers, preparing traditional Emilia-Romagna dishes with Ligurian influence. One of the farm’s activities is the production of cured meats that you can enjoy in the proposal of appetizers. The small but well-stocked wine cellar offers local wines and not produced by small wineries.
Inside the farm Il Cielo di Strela you can stay in a brand new structure built in bio-architecture.
