Trattoria Masticabrodo is located in the countryside, a few kilometers from the city, in the shadow of the Castle of Torrechiara.
Ida and Francesco make customers who choose this trattoria feel at ease by paying attention to detail and an almost obsessive passion for the raw material. A simple cuisine that follows seasonality and uses only the best raw materials, such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Salame Felino, pancetta from Piacenza, perfectly seasoned. Anolini and homemade tortelli are the warhorses of Francesco.
