Inside the prestigious Grand Hotel Salsomaggiore there is a space dedicated to the Parmesan and Parma culinary tradition: the Stuzzicheria Parmigiana.
The Stuzzicheria Parmigiana is the kingdom of Nonna Rita, a real “rezdora” of Parma, who every day kneads the dough to prepare tagliolini, tortelli, tagliatelle and a lot of other excellent fresh pasta. Together with Nonna Rita in the kitchen we find Chef Uggero who has been renewing his passion for cooking and gastronomy for over twenty years, proposing the old recipes of Parma revisited in a more modern key, using high quality and local products.
In the menu you can not miss the best cured meats of the territory such as Prosciutto di Parma, Spalla Cotta di San Secondo , Salame Felino, Culatello di Zibello to compose delicious selections to accompany with torta fritta and giardiniera. The lunch continues with traditional first courses such as tortelli, rice savarin, lasagna and second courses of meat. To accompany the delights of the kitchen, the wines of the Colli di Parma are unmissable: Lambrusco, Malvasia, Fortanina.
