The Museum of Salame Felino is located in the beautiful cellars of the Castle of Felino, the ancient castle that overlooks the valley between the Parma and Baganza rivers. The trail tells of the connection between Felino and its iconic product, of the cuisine, located in the inviting kitchen, of the butchering and home production of the salami, with a large collection of objects belonging to butchers and farming families, of the production technology, represented here by a large salami filling machine.
