MUSEO DEL VINO O CANTINA DEI MUSEI DEL CIBO

The Wine Cellar of the Food Museums is a sensory journey dedicated to wine in Parma beginning with the archaeology of wine in Parma. Through objects and documents it describes viticulture, harvesting, preparation of wine and tells the story of the cask, bottle, corkscrew and label. It ends with the great testimonials and protagonists of product development such as the Consorzio Vini dei Colli di Parma. To enrich the visit, the ice-house with its 360° projections.

From 1 March to 8 December:
Saturday, Sunday and festivities 10.00 – 13.00; 15.00 – 18.00
from Monday to Friday open only for groups on reservation

From December to February:
