The Wine Cellar of the Food Museums is a sensory journey dedicated to wine in Parma beginning with the archaeology of wine in Parma. Through objects and documents it describes viticulture, harvesting, preparation of wine and tells the story of the cask, bottle, corkscrew and label. It ends with the great testimonials and protagonists of product development such as the Consorzio Vini dei Colli di Parma. To enrich the visit, the ice-house with its 360° projections.
From 1 March to 8 December open Saturday, Sunday and festivities from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm
from Monday to Friday open only on reservation for groups.
