Agricola Giansanti produces Parmigiano Reggiano in a closed loop system. All our milk – and only our milk – is processed the farm dairy. The most modern and advanced breeding techniques combined with the craftsmanship of our master cheese makers give our cheese an unmistakeable flavour. The dairy uses a special technique of making cheese from which it is possible to obtain a unique and matchless Parmesan.
