The Turris Brewery opened on February 4 2018, thanks to the passion of Davide and Chiara who took the reins of the family farm enriching it with the production of their beloved Val Taro beer.
Barley for the production of Turris beer is grown in the sun-kissed fields of the farm, which has a long history of sowing and cultivation and breeding behind it. The company has the conservation of biodiversity as main core business purpose. The farm rediscovered and cultivated traditional varieties of the valley such as soft wheat and barley from organic production, corn for polenta from ancient local varieties, hard cherries, sour cherries, apples of 10 varieties (ancient and modern), potatoes, pears, plums , figs, persimmons, grapes, hazelnuts and walnuts, chestnuts (chestnuts) of 5 varieties.
The Turris Brewery carries out guided tours by reservation with guided tastings.The shop for direct sales is currently open only on Saturday from 10 to 12.30 and from 16 to 19 or by appointment.
