At the Podere Cadassa, located in the centre of the italian Food Valley, the Bergonzi family has continued for over two centuries the tradition of the local butchery with selected meats. Everything is hand made, respecting the nature’s times in order to creat unique products. The production includes hand made fresh pasta. The cold cuts are Culatello of Zibello Dop, Fiocchetto, Spalla Cruda of Palasone, Spalla Cotta of San Secondo, Salame Gentile, Strolghino, Mariola, Coppa, Pancetta, Cotechino.
