Interconsul proposes a Journey through the food culture of Italy and Parma with gluten-free cookery classes and carbohydrate counting in Italian and in English with development of balanced menus made from local raw ingredients and PDO products from the area. Dinner together with tasting of traditional dishes made during the course.
Duration: from 4:00 to 9:00 pm; possibility of developing more modules by varying the content of the cooking course
