An expert tourist guide is ready to accompany the visitors to a tour of the gastronomic excellences of Parma and its province. The itinerary includes guided visits to the most important places of production of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Vini dei colli di Parma (local wines from the hills of Parrma), completed by a detailed explanation of the product and its creation. The guide will also share with the visitors personal advice on purchasing local products and cooking suggestions that will allow them to put into practice the knowledge acquired and become real experts of local gastronomy. Itinera Emilia also allows the visitors to participate in shaping their own personalised tour by adding visits and experiences according to their preferences, with particular regard to the other typical products of the territory (Culatello di Zibello DOP, local breweries etc.) and to the many important cultural and artistic sites that can be found near to the production places (as for example the Castelli del Ducato di Parma e Piacenza or the numerous attractions of the city).
