Tour Overview

Day 1

Parma

8.30 am: tour of a Parmigiano Reggiano producer where it will be possible to see the different stages of the cheese-making process and visit the ageing rooms. Transfer to Colorno and tour of the palace and its historical garden. Lunch/tasting in Colorno. Tour of curing cellar of Culatello di Zibello cured meat. Transfer to Parma and hotel check-in. Dinner in local eatery and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2

Parma

Breakfast in hotel. Tour of historical centre of Parma.
