The kitchen is directed by chef Patron Enrico Bergonzi who together with a young brigade, creates seasonal menus, alternating recipes of tradition with more creative proposals of land and sea. To accommodate professionals of waiting service and a sommelier who personally cares for the wine cellars with over 1,500 labels.
