For over 50 years the Pedretti family has been the owner of the Alle Roncole Restaurant, an excellent example of the typical hospitality of the Bassa Parmense. Also for the main courses, meat, mainly pork and poultry, are carefully selected to give you the great classics of Parmesan cuisine: stuffed guinea-fowl, braised veal cheeks with Gutturnio, parmigiana tripe, roast rabbit in a pan with aromatic herbs.
