Located in Val di Taro, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines near the Cinque Terre in Liguria and the Lunigiana in Tuscany, the Ca ‘Bianca farmhouse is an example of a fusion between modernity and tradition. The farm is located in Ostia Parmense, a hamlet of Borgo Val di Taro, homeland of the Porcini Mushroom PGI, the only mushroom and non-cultivable product to have obtained the PGI recognition.
The home cooking offers homemade bread and regional dishes such as fried cake with local salami, potato cake, tortelli with herbs, wild boar, Lambrusco ganassini, “pattona” and many other specialties. Do not forget, in season, dishes based on mushrooms, porcini and prugnoli: tagliatelle, fry, omelette, salad and much more.
The restaurant hall, obtained from the old stable, is cozy and quiet, furnished in rustic style with stones, wood and objects of the peasant culture in an old stone farmhouse that houses the farm. On sunny days the beautiful swimming pool offers its guests with umbrellas, deck chairs, sunbeds and a solar shower of the latest generation.
In addition to the restaurant, inside the farm you can stay in comfortable rooms.
