Casimiro e Voi is the restaurant inside the Relais Borgo Casale. The name of the restaurant is a tribute to the last inhabitant of the village where the widespread hotel was created, a small stone jewel surrounded by the woods of Albareto (Alta Val Taro), a land of mushrooms, truffles and genuine flavors.
Chef Arturo’s cuisine is refined and modern, with an eye always attentive to the seasonality of raw materials and the local culinary tradition. Therefore (in season) there is no shortage of mushrooms, truffles and venison, always prepared with an eye to modernity. The cellar is a small Wine Club: the local and Italian wine proposals are kept in a stone cellar where excellent aperitifs can be tasted.
Casimiro e Voi, in addition to aperitifs in the cellar and the famous Country Chic Aperitif with picnic at sunset, organizes themed evenings with sommelier and wine tasting and special dishes.
