Located in Torrechiara on the first hills of the Val Parma, where colors and fragrances are combined with the indelible mark left by the history that has animated the territory. It dots at the foot of the magnificent fifteenth-century castle and in front of the Benedictine Abbey with an extension of 25 hectares cultivated mainly with vineyards.
The craftsmanship and the expression of taste are the characteristics that more than others are enhanced by the kitchen of the house thanks to the passion and the expert hand of the cook and owner, able to enhance the local flavors.
The gastronomic offer available to the customer boasts typical products of the area such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Salame di Felino.
In these lands the kitchen engine is the “redzora”, the queen of the kitchen with an experience made of tradition and respect for the products that the earth gives. This is how with her hands she creates masterpieces of pasta such as pumpkin tortelli or classic tortelli, anolini, cappelletti, tagliatelle but also bread, sauces, jams with which to accompany the traditional dishes of the Parmesan cuisine.
The 250 m² meeting room is characterized by a completely wooden furniture, perfectly in harmony with the landscape of the vineyards and the fruit trees: a warm, welcoming space lit by large windows. An environment designed for companies wishing to organize meetings and conferences in an original and refined place, but also for individuals who choose to organize events, graduations, birthdays and anniversaries.
