The Operaviva Restaurant is located in one of the most characteristic squares of Parma, in the historic Oltretorrente district, with outdoor tables and the vocation for a simple but not banal cuisine, which offers typical cuisine of the territory and the Via Francigena.
The menu offers both land and sea dishes, with particular attention to the choice of local quality ingredients, the study in the reinterpretation of typical recipes without distorting them, the enhancement of winemakers who prefer the creation of natural wines, the great attention to art that represents the added value of the restaurant itself.
Inside the restaurant, many works by fellow citizen artist Kampah are exhibited, a prestigious exponent of world stencil art and street art. Exhibitions of artists are held in rotation in the restaurant.
