Marco Parizzi is the third generation of restaurateurs to offer hospitality in Parma since 1946.
It all started with a simple delicatessen, and then on to the famous restaurant opened by his parents – a kitchen consecrated by international success from the seventies. Since 1994, Marco has never ceased to offer cooking that enhances his solid Parma roots, while expressing all the new ideas of a savoir faire that bases its nature on fresh and high quality products: healthy cooking techniques such as the spit, light sauces and very clear flavours.
The wife of the chef, the sommelier Cristina, works passionately with her husband taking care of the service and the wine cellar, full of Italian and international labels.
The restaurant, recently renovated, is now elegant and sober. One is struck by the works of art, by the passion of Marco and Cristina and by a wonderful wall in gold.
It is also possible to stay in the brand new Parizzi Suites&Studio in the same building as the restaurant, as well as following a cooking class in the new school.
