La Maison du Gourmet is located on the outskirts of Parma in the green countryside of Coloreto, in a completely renovated ancient farm. A unique location, where the warmth of wood contrasts with the elegance of glass, becoming the setting of the surrounding nature, still unspoiled by the hustle and bustle. Enter the large hall and your gaze will be lost in the immense windows.

The menu is the result of the collaboration between chef Christian Spalvieri and starred chef Giuseppe Postorino of the restaurant L’Alchimia. The Maison du Gourmet menu was born from the experience of a starred chef and the passion of a young chef.

Maison du Gourmet is a young restaurant but has already obtained some prestigious national awards and recognitions for the quality of its cuisine.
