Brè del Gallo is a family run farm. The Magnani family, the father Alfredo and their two sons Fabrizio and Amedeo, produces Culatello di Zibello DOP, Spalla Cruda of Palasone (Slow Food), fiocchetto, salami, bacon and strolghino.The company is open to the public with the possibility of visiting the processing and aging place, even arranging local the tasting of the products (you can enjoy the porch in summer and inner rooms with fireplace in winter), it is bettere to make a reservation in advance

Inside the farm is also present the shop where you can buy local products along with wines always of domestic production, such as Malvasia and Fortana.
