Inaugurated in 2014, Il Cielo di Strela holidayfarm is a certified organic farm, built using bio-architecture. Halfway between Borgo Val di Taro and Bedonia, an hour away from Sestri Levante, the farm focuses strongly on its own cuisine. The chef and owner, Mario Marini trained at Alma Internationale School of Italian Cuisine, choses home made products or local suppliers products to prepare traditional disches from the regional cuisin in the restaurant il Cielo di Strela.
