A tasteful refuge for the palate and for the mind that promotes the craftsmanship, tradition and the typical products of the Emilia Romagn region: Parma ham matured in the cellar for over 30/40 months, Parmigiano Reggiano aged for over 22 months or 30 months and Salame di Felino PGI.

The homemade preserves are born from the desire not to lose the flavors of the past, from a transformation without additives and preservatives, from the naturalness and genuineness of selected ingredients combined to give life to unique products such as mustards and jams.

La Madonnina farm was responsible for the recovery of a winemaking heritage in 2000: the Termarina, a point of excellence of the territory brought according to the legend from Corinth to the time of the Crusades. Grapes with refined traits from which the farm obtains wines with singular characteristics: bunches of very small berries, without grape seeds and in each vine the presence of at least one bunch with a large berry containing the seeds.
