The DOC “Colli di Parma” Lambrusco is a red wine made with Lambrusco Maestri vine variety. The wine can also contain other black non-aromatic grape varieties, up to a 15% maximum of the entire volume.
Lambrusco can be dry or sweet, still or sparkling, and its aroma is pleasant and distinctive. The wine’s color varies from ruby red to deep red.
