Born about ten years ago, almost for fun, from the Antonio Aldini’s passion for wine, the farm Antonio Aldini today is a small reality that produces high quality wines from our typical grapes: Malvasia, Bonarda, Sauvignon. The vineyard looks on a stunning sight of the Torrechiara Castle and gives a natural wine that, thanks to the different processing methods, every year gives new aromatic and tasty emotions. All the processing phases are followed with attention trying to find some improvements to offer a better product each harvest.
