Cav. Ilari Alberto company for several years has been organising guided tours of their salami factory, to teach how to select the real Salami from Felino and Prosciutto di Parma. An enjoyable visit to learn and understand all the secrets of production, from choosing the hind legs to processing them, ending with a tasting session. Salami, cheeses and wines can be purchased in the factory annex shop. Inside the farm you can see some works of PIG-ART 2010/2011.
