The Cioccolateria Banchini proposes artisan chocolate and gelato using traditional methods and packaging with a young and creative communicative imprint.

La Cioccolateria Banchini, founded in 1879 by Gian Battista Banchini, has been re-launched by Giacomo and Alberto in 2012 thanks to the rediscovery of the manuscript recipe book of the last owners.

Today the Cioccolateria Banchini proposes artisan chocolate and gelato using traditional methods and packaging with a young and creative communicative imprint.

At the laboratory-gelateria in the heart pf the city centre you can take guided tours for small groups and directly assist in the production of chocolate and the famous gelato.
