In the hills of Parma there is an ideal microclimate for the production of natural cured meats. Since 1814 the Conti family has lived in Castrignano near Langhirano in a virtual channel that connects the sea to the Po Valley. The ham factory was founded in 1968, and has since continued to be a family-owned company, whose primary aim is its commitment to continuous improvement: quality products with respect for the land and its culture.
