Gusto di Parma is a family-run artisan pasta factory.
Inside the factory, cappelletti, tortelli, gnocchi, lasagna, cannelloni, and many other excellences of the FoodValley are produced, all absolutely handmade!
Gusto di Parma has been in business for twenty years and the pasta factory is located in Ozzano Taro, a few kilometers from Parma in a courtyard which in the past has housed several historic dairies.
Adjacent to the pasta factory is the shop with a beautiful window that allows customers to see the processing of the products in real time to show that producing fresh filled pasta is a real art.
The raw materials used by the pasta factory come from local producers, first of all Parmigiano Reggiano, the Borgotaro IGP mushroom, potatoes from our mountains and the flour and eggs with which fresh pasta is made.
This is why it is our faithful REZDORE who knead, pull and fill the dough, with our recipes that have been handed down for generations.
The pasta factory is also active with the organization of courses to learn how to make fresh pasta, aimed at both adults and families with children.
