Typical of the Carnival period, the sweet tortelli filled with jam are a classic parmigiana pastry. Baked and coated with icing sugar the sweet tortelli are a dessert that is easy to prepare and suitable for any time of the day: as a breakfast accompanied by a good coffee, as a snack with a nice cup of tea or, why not, as an end meal with a nice glass of aromatic Malvasia.
200 g of flour
100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
Knead flour, sugar, egg, butter and a pinch of salt. Roll out the dough 4 mm thick and prepare discs of 10cm in diameter. In the middle place a teaspoon of jam and close the discs as tortelli. Bake in the oven at 180 ° until the perfect browning and garnish with icing sugar.
