Naturally we will also visit a ham (or salami or salted pork factory or wine cellar) and a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano, with tastings and possibility of buying direct from the outlets. Guided tour to one / two Food Museums, with tastings.”

Duration: 1 full day (about 6-7 hours + 2-hr lunch break at the most) or two half days (about 3-4 hours each)

Services included: guided tour of the castles and museums (entry tickets not included, to be purchased onsite), and of the food producers, with corresponding tasting.

Extra services: Bookings for lunch in a traditional restaurant (for the full day: guide’s lunch paid by participant). Possibility of tweaking the tour to suit specific interests of participants (e.g. products/producers, traditional restaurants on request).
