The mountain Parmesan cheese has distinctive traits because it borns in purer nature and where traditions are strong: through a thematic tour we are going to visit a mountain cheese factory, to discover art in preparing cheese and to taste mountain cheese qualities. Then we are going to leave to Sesta inferiore, a small mountain village that conserves some works of art by the painter Walter Madoi. Madoi’s frescos will allowed us to discover countryside ancient way of life that today gives us excellent food.

Duration: half-day (morning time), transfers included
