Do you like to cook?!? Would you like to learn how to knead pasta on Antonia’s grandma old boards? And how to make Tortelli d’erbetta and Tagliatelle?
If you come to Parma, the worlds famous city for good food, you must experience a local cooking class!
Antonia proposes a “full immersion” cooking class, where you can make homemade pasta together (the dough) and Tortelli d’Erbetta, one of the most traditional dishes of Parma (they are like parmesan and ricotta ravioli).
You will learn to do our traditional recipes by yourself, doing everything from scratch.
Then we’ll enjoy what we cooked together over a bottle of our local Lambrusco wine!
The class takes place at Antonia’ home, a big villa with a beautiful park in the heart of Parma, where Antonia lives with her family.
You can also stay at the Casa dell’Angiol d’Or in the heart of the historic center.
