Laura Cova presents an unusual cultural and food tour in the “Oltretorrente” area, an lively district of Parma connecting the city and the countryside. It offers colourful working-class houses, small shops and historical buildings. Laura Cova will introduce you to the secrets of the Ducal Garden, once reserved for the Duke and his guests, the house where the great conductor Arturo Toscanini was born and the Annunziata Franciscan church and monastery. Along the “via Emilia” – the road of merchants and pilgrims –you will discover the ancient porticoed medieval hospital. The tour will include a stop at a local deli to discover and taste the delicious food that has granted Parma the title of “Unesco creative city for gastronomy”.

RATES: 10 euros per person for groups of 10 or more. For groups of less than 10 people the basic rate of 100 euros applies. Possible tastings – at the participants’ choice – are excluded.
